4EVERWODS

Our small group training classes focus on full body strength movements for the beginner all the way up to our advanced lifters. The 4everWODs membership includes an exclusive app with follow along workouts for when you can't make it to class!

HARD CORE

Join coach Tonda for this FREE core training circuit class! The more advanced version will be held at 8am Thursdays, and then a modified version at 8:45.

SENIOR FITNESS

We have a variety of fitness classes for our senior members including Silver Strength, Silver Sneakers, Chair Yoga and WalkFit. First class is always free, so drop in any time to try one out!
